NEW YORK, 07 Mar 2016 - The United Nations Secretary-General is “deeply troubled by the scale and nature of violations endured by children” in successive waves of violence in the Central African Republic. His third report on the situation of children affected by armed conflict in the Central African nation describes widespread violations and dreadful acts of violence against boys and girls committed between January 2011 and December 2015.
