MONTREAL, 28 June 2017 - Following the decision of the award committee of the International Society for Child Indicators (ISCI), the 2017 ISCI Impact Award was given to the African Child Policy Forum (ACPF) today at a special ceremony held at the 6th International Conference of ISCI in Montreal, Canada. The event was held in the presence of members of ISCI and several other senior scholars and renowned researchers from across the world attending the Conference.
Editorial, 9 September 2015 – More than 200 delegates participated in the 5th Conference of the International Society for Child Indicators, that was held on 2-4 September 2015 in the University of Cape Town. Researchers, practitioners, policy makers and child advocates from across the world have gathered for 3 days to share and discuss the latest child indicator research and implications for policy and interventions. The conference was emulated by high-profile key speakers, including Dawit Mezmur, Chair of the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child.
